**Water Secrets Unveiled: Breakthrough Science & Potent Therapies**

Turning Water Into Medicine

My fascination with water began in 1996. I was browsing through the collection of old books in the library of my alma mater, NUNM, which was NCNM at the time, back when it was a mere college and not yet a university. The book I incidentally pulled from the shelf one day was The Water Wizard by Victor Schauberger. That book not only changed my understanding of water, but it is not an exaggeration to say that, in very specific ways, it changed the course of my life.
Writing in the early 20th century, Schauberger described his observations of water and how it “behaved” differently in the natural environment where he lived and worked, which was in the forests of Austria. For example, he observed that water in nature exhibited a different buoyancy when floating logs under a full moon vs a new moon. He noted that natural water will always flow a curved path, never a straight one. Flowing water generates vortexes whenever possible, minimizes exposure to the sun, and gains its ability to nourish life through interactions with its natural environment.

From Misery to Momentum: The Remarkable Gut Reset That Liberates You from Allergies

It was a patient who made a lasting impression on me and confirmed for me a valuable lesson.
It was within the first few years of my clinical practice. A woman in her 20s had come for treatment of her severe asthma and allergies. She also knew what it was that she was allergic to: her cat. She took two or maybe three allergy medications daily to keep herself not simply functional but out of the hospital due to the severity of her attacks.
Being relatively new to the profession I was relying heavily upon a simple therapy, one it didn’t take years of clinical experience to master: an elimination diet. After all, it had been repeated ad nauseum in school that “good health starts in the gut.” I had understood the phrase to be something like a reminder to give some attention to every patient’s digestive health.

Silent Signal: Why Surging Fibroids Reveal a Dangerous Hormone Storm for Both Sexes

Over a quarter of a million women in the US are diagnosed with uterine fibroids annually. This is almost certainly a gross underestimate since a potentially large percentage of women who have them are never diagnosed with the condition. The symptoms they can produce, such as heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, and frequent urination, are often not considered severe enough to seek medical attention or might even be considered “normal” because they’ve been present throughout the reproductive years.
In the conventional world uterine fibroids are typically treated in one of four ways: do nothing if asymptomatic, prescribe pain medications such as NSAIDs, prescribe estrogen-modifying medications, or remove them surgically. While medications or surgery might mitigate or even eliminate the symptoms fibroids can cause they don’t address the primary underlying cause of fibroid growth: excessive exposure to estrogen.
